To foster more interactivity among the workshop participants, we will begin with a two-hour session of roundtable discussions led by workshop moderators Sharon Napier and Tom Finneran. The participants, seated at a number of roundtables, will have two discussions: One on background, issues, and opportunities at their agencies, and the other on brainstorming solutions to a problem assigned to the table. The individual table discussions will then be summarized for the entire group.
